We currently ship all across Mexico, including major cities such as Guadalajara, Monterrey, Puebla, Tijuana, León, and others.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Shipping Time

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Time:

Within major cities: 2–5 business days

Remote areas: 5–8 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
